It's a beautiful day on the beach. The temperature is nearly 90 today.. It's hot a block inland, but here on the beach there is a cool breeze.

The water is warm and there is no undertow today. The perfect time for a swim! Earlier this morning the dolphin put on a show. There seemed to be more then usual swimming up and down the shoreline. Several flipped over turning their bellies up to the sun, another patted the surface with it's tail and one jumped out of the water. Several people saw it and all of a sudden everyone on the beach had their eyes glued on the water.

One of my favorite things is watching for them. I love watching how they swim the shoreline. The water is their very own highway. There seems to be 2 lanes with some gong north and some going south. Sometimes, when they meet they appear to be greeting each other. It's fascinating!

It is so wonderful to be sitting on the beach after the strong thunderstorms we have had over the past coupla days. Awwww! There is no better place to be on a summer day!!!!!
